Fresh snacks for the fitness lover

Workout is done and it’s time for relaxation and recovery.

To mix things up i want to give you guys a hot tip on a yummy yet very simple to make treat.

Seriously, it takes less than 2 minutes to make. Easy peasy, keep on reading.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

All you need is:

200g natural youghurt
150g rasperries
150g blueberries
12 cupcake cases

First att a spoon of youghurt into 1 of each cupcake trays.
Add evenly the berries into all the cupcake trays.
Put into freezer for two hours.
